Account Executive

Company Background: We are representing a well-known oil and gas company in Puchong.
As they are expanding, they are looking for Account Executive to join their team.
Job Responsibilities: Managing full set accounting Process and record customer invoices.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
Review and approve vendor invoices.
Process payments to suppliers.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
Post journal entries for various transactions.
Reconcile general ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
Identify and investigate discrepancies.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
Prepare budgets and forecasts Job Requirements: Minimum with Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any relevant field 1-2 years of working experience in full set accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature Working Hour: Monday Friday, 8:30am 6:00pm Interested candidate may apply online or Email resume at Yujie(at)talentrecruit.com.my
