Account Executive

Responsibility:
? Bookkeeping functions such as issue invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
? Proper documentation and filing.
? Handle HR administrative works such as payroll including statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims, etc.
? General administrative works assigned by superior.
? Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth financial operations.Requirement:
? At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or related fields.
? Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
? High attention to detail and data accuracy.
