Account Executive

Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with auditing requirements.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
Provide administrative support to senior accountants, such as preparing reports, correspondence, and handling requests.
Assist in internal and external audits, preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (entry-level candidates are welcome for the Assistant role).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is preferred.
