Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
Month-end Closing (MEC) Support
- Assist in the preparation and execution of overall month-end closing activities.
- Prepare manual journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Responsible for finance administrative tasks like issuing of invoices and payments recording and validation.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and within the set timelines.
Financial and Management Reporting
- Monthly reconciliation and preparation of financial and management reporting financial statements.
- Perform monthly review and analysis on the movement of the financial statements.
Accounting Standards and Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
