About the roleAs an Account Executive at EPISTAR INDUSTRY SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations.
Reporting to the finance team, this full-time position is based in Serdang, Selangor.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the business.
What you'll be doing
Full set account and report to Account Manager
Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Assisting with the maintenance of the general ledger and other accounting records
Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
Providing support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Liaising with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and collections
Performing other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
Proficient in using accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
