This is a sales role. We are looking for someone that embodies all of the qualities below and is not afraid to get hands on with projects and tasks. As a responsible and positive team player, you will work with a team to bridge the gap between influencers and clients and ultimately grow and expand your capabilities in the industry.
Responsibilities:
-Achieve sales targets
-Be comfortable with communicating with clients and influencers and colleagues
-Build good relationships with influencers
-Having a basic understanding of current social media platforms and trends to develop content ideas in campaigns
-Manage multiple timelines of campaigns from end to end
-Consistent client servicing and management to ensure good relationship and building solid rapport
-Maintain relationships with existing clients/brands through regular meetings
-Provide strategic guidance to clients on an ongoing basis; anticipate and address clients' needs
-Seek out opportunities and unlock new budgets from current servicing clients
-Being able to deal with crisis during campaigns and to be quick in providing solutions
-Coordinate with external vendors to plan out photo/video shoots and to assist on site
-Work closely with the Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Head of Sales and team to deliver excellent work
-Ensure administrative, operational and financial procedures are carried out
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
