Job Description Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects / campaigns.Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls. Participate in planning and execution of operational / tactical aspects of campaigns.Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign tools.Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects.When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas.Assist in preparing Ad brief through client's accordance and data analysis. Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand / marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor's trend / analysis.Meticulous and attention to detail on reports, visual and assigned task.Share internal / external information, insight, knowledge and etc.Follow work process and organization operation policies.Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.Thorough understanding of agency functions.Strong communication skills.Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.Detail oriented, with excellent coordination and follow through skills.Strong sense of initiative, a team player and ability to work under pressure. Qualifications Must have interest to gain experience in Marketing & Advertising agency.Capable of Communication and Presentation skills.Capable to be multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiency, and able to work under pressure under a fast-paced environment.Candidate must be able to communicate at least in English.Application should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant valid visa to work in Malaysia.
