Account Executive - Inventory/Costing

Job Description Training will be provided. Fresh Grads encouraged to apply.Ensure F&B and kitchen costs are kept under control.Manage cost control in timely and accurate information feedback to management.Monitor periodic food and beverage inventories. Establish and update potential food and beverage cost for the outlet.Participate in recipes costing.Prepare daily/monthly cost control report to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and cost of outlet.Monitor stocktake month-end basis.Performs related duties and other ad-hoc matters assigned from time to time. Requirements Willingness to learn.Knowledge in Basic Accounting.Team worker with clear communication skills and assertive.Exposure in F&B Operations is an added advantage.Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
