**Responsibilities**:- Manage a full set of accounts following accounting principles.- Reconciling account balances and general ledger entries with bank statements- Responsible for month-end closing activities, group reporting system, journal entry review and approval, and driving the team to ensure monthly closing deadlines are met timely and accurately.- Support and review monthly sales, cost, and inventory reporting.- Maintain and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage office expenditures within the budgetary limits.- Prepare payment vouchers, reimbursement expenses, issuing checks, invoices, delivery orders, official receipts, statements of Account, etc.- Reviewing staff claims and verifying with proving evidence, ensuring each claim is properly approved and complies with company policies- Responsible for dealing with external auditors, tax agents, and other statutory filling- Maintain the confidentiality of all financial data and maintain the entire filing system for the finance department.- Coordinate with the sales team to collect customer balances.- Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.- Responsible for and knowledgeable about computing employees' monthly salaries, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, and PCB.- Any other relevant responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting and finance experience.- Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.- Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.- Advanced level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.- Strong time management skills.- Excellent analytical skills.- Good communication skills.- Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field
