Description
Handle Full Set of Accounts: You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing procedures, petty cash management, monitoring GL, A/P, and A/R, and preparing accounting reports.
Daily Banking Operations: You'll oversee daily banking operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
Statutory Submissions: Your role will involve preparing, compiling, and reviewing statutory submissions such as SST and banker reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaison and Coordination: You'll liaise with company secretaries, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to fulfill requirements set by statutory bodies, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Stock Take Coordination: You will coordinate stock take processes, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Additional Duties: As an integral member of our team, you'll also assist with any other duties assigned by your superior, contributing to the overall success of our financial operations.
Profile
Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc) Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance or a related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred Job Offer
