Overview:We are collaborating with an established accounting firm based in Australia. They provide accounting, financial planning & mortgage broking consulting services to clients.You will work closely with a team of advisers/accountants to meet compliance requirements and deliver professional services and advice to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn about financial and debt management, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful impact on the financial well-being of clients.Key Responsibilities:Review income, debt, and expenses to determine borrowing capacity with various lenders.Conduct cash flow and retirement modeling.Perform product comparisons and prepare quotes.Manage workpapers, internal reports, and bookkeeping.Handle Self Managed Super Fund reporting and data management.Conduct research on client accounts as needed.Prepare and maintain workpapers, research, and records.Review client files to ensure record-keeping requirements are met.Prepare monthly reports for clients.Update internal workflow and database to keep client details current.Prepare product cost comparisons and evaluate risk profiles.Assist the Australian team with assigned tasksRequirements to succeed:Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fieldProficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications and Google SuiteKnowledge in Excel Vlookup function is preferredGood in written and verbal communication skills in English and MandarinBasic bookkeeping skillsProactive and able to be self-independentGood interpersonal skillsTo ApplyIf you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to submit your resume (in MS Word format).
