Account Executive (Project Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:Support Account Department operation for Accounts Receivable and Credit control.
Handle accounting operation for company's Project business such as with developer, construction, projects, etc.
Prepare/review and analyze monthly & yearly management accounts & reports.
Assist in external & internal audit and yearly tax preparation.
Ensure system control & internal processes are implemented in line with company's policy.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience is required, particularly in the Project accounting field with developer, construction industry & projects.
Good analytical skills & highly dedicated to complete job tasks with accuracy & reliability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
