Account Executive (Receivable - Billing)

You'll excel, if you're Details orientedProficiency in Microsoft ExcelProblem-solvingMulti-taskingResult-driven Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices.Handle customer inquiries related to billing promptly and effectively.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.Maintain accurate records and promptly update customer accounts.Monitor and manage statements of accounts to identify and address outstanding balances.Adhere to monthly AR billing and month-end closing deadlines rigorously.Execute any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer, Senior Accountant (AR Billing), Assistant Manager (AR), or Vice President of Finance Operations. Requirements Diploma in any area, preferably in accounts, finance or business.Able to manage multiple priorities well and able to adapt quickly to situational demands.Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative in problem-solving and organization.Minimum 2-years related working experiences, preferably in Shared Services working environment.
