Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactionsManage full set of accountsHandle and verify staff claim and all department petty cash reimbursement.Responsible for bank reconciliation, prepare month end schedules and journals, ensure proper accounting and tax filling recordsVerification of accounting documents such as payment voucher, TT payments, Journal voucher and other related documents.Perform day to day accounting & costing functions, month end and year end closing & reporting.Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.Able to perform company assignments, reports, analysis and ad hoc functions and related duties when requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by ManagementParticipate in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors and other third-party service provided as neededCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.Proficient in Microsoft Office, IFCA and SQL system would be added advantage.Working experience in Development or Construction sector would be added advantage.Preferably specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.Minimum 2-5 years Audit/Tax/Accounting working experience in professional firm or related industry field is preferred
