Account Executive/ Senior Executive (Construction / Pasir Gudang)

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle full set accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirements.
Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with auditors when required.
Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.
Support the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or audit industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax requirements.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principals.
Experience with audit processes or knowledge of the construction industry is highly preferred.
5.5 days per week, with alternate Saturdays off.
Must be able to work inPasir Gudang .
