Account Executives (Full Set Acc) Mid Valley/Shah Alam/Klang/Subang Jaya/Pj/Klcc

On behalf of our clients, we are recruiting for multiple accounts executives/senior accounts executives to be based in Mid Valley, Klang, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Damansara Heights, PJ, Puchong, KLCC.
Those with industry experience in Trading, Retail, Manufacturing, Services, Property Development, Construction or Engineering will have an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Handle accounts and day to day accounting duties including but not limited to AR, AP and GL duties, update and reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare payment voucher and issuance of cheque and online payment for supplier and expenses.
Monitor and verify daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
Prepare General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of P&L statements.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Handle year end audit, company income tax matter and SST.
Liaise and work with external auditor, tax consultant, company secretary, banker, government agency, supplier and etc.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Keeping informed and updated to current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing and monitor cash flow, budgets and financial forecasts.
Assist in any other task as and when assigned.
