? To manage the accounting, finance, and bank matters.
? Responsible for the organization's accounting and financial daily tasks such as daily bank balances monitoring and movement.
? To handle and manage AR (Account Receivable) and AP (Account Payable) transactions.
? To prepare monthly payments and the listing for the payment cycle.
? Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline.
? Proper documentation and filing for all related documents.
? To handle partial payroll tasks as well.
? Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related professional accounting qualifications.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Experience in multi-tier Company accounts.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong computer skills (MS Office suite and accounting software such as SQL, etc.).
SQL Accounting System and Payroll experience will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills to manage the work-stream across departments.
Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible, and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter.
Strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
Mandarin/Chinese speaking is an advantage.
