ResponsibilitiesCollecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
Predicting future financial trends.
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
Producing financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables, expenses, etc.
Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets.
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
In charge of stock control and fixed assets systems.
Analyzing market trends and competitors.
Fund control including monitoring of fund position and requirements.
Monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
Cash flow statement and forecasts.
General accounting including monthly provisions and accruals.
Managing insurance policies on company assets and claims.
Monitoring utilization of banking facilities such as banker acceptances, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and overdraft, along with the respective entries in the books of account.
Maintaining schedule on fixed assets movement summary.
Promoting the use of process approach and risk-based thinking.
Communicating quality management system requirements.
Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results.
Engaging, directing, and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Promoting improvement.
Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their area of responsibility.
To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Degree Holder or equivalent with 5 years working experience.
Knowledge of PC is required.
Able to work in a team.
