Account / Finance Officer

Job Responsibilities : Maintaining of cash book, asset register and accounting documents Assist in overall accounts for audit. Experience in preparing project accounts from medium to large scale. Use of SAP an added advantage Compile documents for overall and project audit. Invoicing, Verifying of staff claims vs advances in multiple currencies Maintaining/setting up of separate project accounts and ie GL reconciliation/audit trail based on funders requirement. Job Requirements : Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance High degree of competency in computer and internet use Fluent and conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum 2-5 years relevant working experience Responsible and initiative to take on additional task as and when required. Willing to work beyond office hours and weekends as and when required. Self motivated and able to work independently
