Account & Hr Executive

Job Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR): - Manage and maintain accurate AR records and customer accounts.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor customer payment status and ensure timely collections.
General Ledger (GL): - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
Payroll: - Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
 Requirement · Available to start work immediately or on short notice.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 2-3 years experience in Account & HR.
· Proficiency in accounting & HR software (e.g., SQL & Infotech).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good command of Mandarin.
· Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
