Job Description-To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and related matters.-To assist in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.-To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate, and complete.-To prepare audit schedules and GST returns for submission.-To prepare monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, production and logistics, etc.)-To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Job Requirements-Degree/ Diploma in Accounts/ Finance/ Economics-Knowledge of financial regulations-Excellent analytical and numerical skills-Experience in using Quickbooks-Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data-Interest in managing accounting activities-Excellent organizational skills-Able to handle time-sensitive tasks
