Account Intern

RESPONSIBILITY



-Asssist on process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.


-Assist preparing and compiling staff's and superior claim monthly.


-Assist record Journal Entry.


-Assist review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.


-Assist perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.


-Assist the company's secretary prepared documents.


-Assist to ensure all the documents are properly prepared and filled properly according to the file.


-To undertake the new development duties and ad hoc activities assigned by Superior from time to time.

; Requirements:-


-Pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite


-Required language (S) : Bahasa Malaysia , English
