Account Intern

-To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and related matters.


-To assist in daily operations, including consolidating receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into the accounting system.


-To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate, and complete.


-To prepare audit schedules and GST returns for submission.


-To prepare monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, production and logistics, etc.)


-To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

-Degree/ Diploma in Accounts/ Finance/ Economics


-Knowledge of financial regulations


-Excellent analytical and numerical skills


-Experience in using Quickbooks


-Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data


-Interest in managing accounting activities


-Excellent organizational skills


-Able to handle time-sensitive tasks
