Account Junior Executive & Assistance

Details of the offer

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.-Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
-Assist in handling a full set of accounts and monthly account closing in a timely manner.
-Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries (internet banking)
-Manage job recruitment process including job advertising, interview arrangement, selection and offering.
-Manage and monitor employees' probation and confirmation.
-Monitor and upkeep of employee personnel file/records to ensure all information is documented properly
-Process payroll 
-Manage HR administrative tasks, including issuing letters, memos, and other employee-related documentation.
-Make sure proper filing done is done and all filing up to date in all HR related documents
-Prepares paperwork required such as Offer Letter for new hires and establishes personal file (hard copy and in the Office Central system).
-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
-Review and submit EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Income Tax contributions.
