Account Junior Executive & Assistance

ACCOUNT JUNIOR EXECUTIVE Responsibilities: Updating accounting records, data/ journal entries for posting into accounting systemPrepare payment to supplier / issue chequePrepare bank reconciliationMonthly management accounts closing and reportingUpdate & review audit scheduleSupervise and review AP, AR, GL & management accountLiaise with internal or external auditor and tax agentEnsure all financial transaction are updated and recordedQualifications: Diploma / Degree in accounting or Professional qualification or related qualificationMust be at least 2 years of experience in the related field, and preferably in Manufacturing sector.Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven and self-motivatedGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently under minimal supervision.Familiarity with accounting systems.Prefer Chinese speaker ACCOUNT ASSISTANCE Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of monthly financial/Account reports including KPI reports.Ensure all financial transaction are updated and recorded.Preparation of monthly company claims and creditor payments.Perform ad-hoc and other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.Must be at least 2 years of experience in the related field, and preferably in Manufacturing sector.Able to work independently, good working attitude and committed to strong sense of responsibility.Candidate must willing to work at PORT KLANG - NORTH PORT.5 working days.Working hour from 8am to 5pm.
