Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Manage and record daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Track and process utility payments for the company, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle internal purchase orders, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement.
Process and verify accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
Key in and maintain accurate production administration data, supporting the production team with essential documentation.
Assist in month-end financial close activities and support in the preparation of reports for management.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with accounting standards.
Understand multiple languages.
