WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?
Establish and strengthen client relationships by ensuring marketing promotions are executed as planned, maintaining stock levels, and providing training, marketing, and merchandising support to expand business with current clients.
Regularly visit service centers to monitor stock, sales, staff knowledge, and displays, collect orders, and deliver stock as needed.
Provide comprehensive training on X-1R products and handling objections to the staffs of the service centers. Ensure adequate stock levels to maximize sales.
Equipping the service center staff with training in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure that wherever we have a service center presence the stocks on display are displayed accordingly and that the staff are aware of the products benefits.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and GM to provide market feedback for the development and implementation of strategic marketing tactics.
Ensure that all managed accounts maintain a clear accounts receivable record. This involves collecting payments as agreed upon by the end of the credit term.
Ensure that reporting on our platform (salesforce) is done daily with clear and concise updates on your daily visits.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role or working experience in the related field is required for this position.
A team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
Proficiency in CRM and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, independent as well as in a team.
