Job DescriptionPart of the Digital Account Servicing team responsible to provide end-to-end creative Digital Solutions to clients from wide-ranging industries.
Your role involves liaising with clients on project scope, key deliverables, and schedule while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will be contributing in all project stages from project origination through to project execution and review.
Job Scope:
This position requires a person with good organizational and project management skills, as well as competence in project planning and coordination.
Core Responsibilities:
Meet and liaise with clients to understand project brief and requirements
Track project timeline to ensure work is delivered according to schedule
Facilitate all project requirements between clients and all internal teams, while ensuring relevant parties are kept abreast on key updates such as schedule and budget
Involve in preparation of pitch and creative proposals
Other Responsibilities:
Coordinate communications between all internal creative and development team members
Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term business relationships
Continuous learning and developing of industry knowledge to establish areas of opportunity with potential clients
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
3-4 years of experience within client/account management role is preferable
High levels of initiative, self-motivation along with good time management skills
A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player with a willingness to learn
Having analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required language: English
