Account Manager- Client Servicing

Details of the offer

Meet and liaise with clientsto discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients
Write client reports
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Researching and understanding the prospects, which may involve gaining technical or specific knowledge
Job Requirements:
Must possess Diploma/Degree in any related field
Minimum 5 years working experience
Creative/PR/Digital agency experience preferred
Good interpersonal skills.
Must be able to interact with all levels/positions
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Detail-oriented, good in time-management and able to work under stress and meet deadlines
Excellent command of English language both written and oral; Mandarin will be an added advantage
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be willing to travel
