Job Description:
Responsibilities
To initiate, sales lead (hunter mindset) and drive closures to sales project which include application development, product modification or new product introduction to meet customers' needs.
Actively promote 3M EMSD solution, provide application and product support to customers through product presentation, demonstrations as well as on-site evaluation.
Provide sales plan & market info. to internal & marketing team to ensure effective execution of product marketing strategies.
Major duties:
Initiate and drive closures to application development, replication of successes or new product development program to support division's business strategies.
Lead application development programs through product presentations, product recommendation, on-site evaluations, trainings and demonstrations.
Handle product related issues (sales order, deliveries, customer demand) and complaints which include failure / 8D analysis, working hand in hand with ADE.
Support new product introduction, product development as well as product modification to meet customers' needs, working with ADE.
Continuously learn and acquire knowledge on 3M existing & new products, introduce latest 3M products and solutions to the market.
Actively engage customers and work closely with the technical & marketing team to continuously identify new business opportunities in the market.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in mechanical/ E&E Engineering. Background on Semicon manufacturing / Electronic assembly on Tape & Adhesive is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Semicon / Engineering field. Specialization in Semicon front & backend processes.
Possesses good analytical, communication, project management skills and presentation skills.
Hands-on, good team player, self-driven, innovative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Sense of business acumen to drive business growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
