Job descriptionOversee daily accounting transactionTo be responsible for full set of accounts, forecast cost management & cash flow.To be responsible in GST related matters.Responsible for reviewing the management accounts.To develop and maintain a sound system of internal control.Liaise with bankers, auditors, legal advisors, company secretarial, tax agents & authorities.Involves in other ad hoc assignments and tasks requested by the Management.Responsible in book-keeping of GSTResponsible for compiling GST returns, review supplies and purchases schedules.Assist in review of GST treatments and implications arising from various business transactions.In charges of preparing related tax schedules and resolving GST mattersAssist in GST implementation & training, review accounting transaction/invoices for GSTPrepare monthly GST reporting and submission.Review accounting transaction & invoices.Administrative functions include monitoring the Administration Assistant in renewal of licenses, road tax and insurance for company vehicles.Monitor renewal of business license, CIDB license and Electrical license.Ensure office equipment/ furniture & fittings / software & hardware are sufficient and properly taken care of to include the maintenance and renewal.
