We are hiring for a drivenAccount Managerto join our Account Management team inKuala Lumpur, Malaysia . As anAccount Manager , you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers as well as growing out an assigned client portfolio.
Responsibilities of anAccount Managerinclude but are not limited to:
Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
Driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling
Becoming a product expert and advocate, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients
Ensuring client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and resolving issues
Gathering and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize our offerings
As an experiencedAccount Manager , you would have:
At least 4 years of experience in customer success, business development, consulting or sales-related role
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
Strong understanding of data and analytics solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations
