Account Manager

Responsibilities:Working directly with line Manager/Head of department and clients, taking briefs, making proposals, and proposing to Manager/Head of department and clients.
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
Working with other team members to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
Daily working with line manager and clients to complete the detailed campaign plan with the day-to-day operational aspect of project scope from initiation to closure.
Making reports to reflect campaign performance including KPIs, TA demographic, and product performances.
Finding new business opportunities by approaching new prospects.
Supporting the team to prospect, pitch, and close sales.
Engaging in search and research to identify customer's key needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any background.
Good command of Mandarin & English.
Teamwork attitude; used to working with a cross-department with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation skills, commitment, integrity, and a desire for self & team development.
