Position Summary:Paradesa Borneo is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedAccount Managerto join our team in Kuching, Sarawak.
In this role, you will ensure the efficiency of account operations by managing financial records, processing invoices, and handling various accounting tasks.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the financial aspects of our growing adventure tourism business.
Essential Function
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts for the company.
Process and review invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure proper tracking of financial transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and account management.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders and clients by addressing financial inquiries and concerns.
Assist in the preparation of annual audits and financial reviews.
Position Requirement
Experience:
Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in processing invoices, managing financial records, and preparing budgets and forecasts.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in tour operations is a strong advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
