About the roleWe are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join the talented team at DRAGON ALLIANCE SDN BHD.
Based in Nibong Tebal Penang, this is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial role in managing and growing key client relationships.
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, ensuring that their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base
Contribute to the development of account plans and strategic initiatives
Provide regular updates on account performance and growth potential
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in an account management or client relationship role, preferably within the sales industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships
A strategic mindset and commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and deliver value-added solutions
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
