Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition at Etiqa Insurance and TakafulJob Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out business plans, promoting new business opportunities for the Branch while retaining and growing existing accounts through Agency, Co Operative, Brokers.
You will execute the short and long-term strategies and action plans and offer value-added solutions for the branch business partners and customers so as to exceed customer expectations.
You will ensure the effective implementation of new business plans and execution of retention strategy.
You will ensure the budget set by the branch is achieved consistently for both motor and non-motor business servicing, including scheduled visitation to all distributors/channels and promoting value proposition in business procurement.
Job Requirements
You must have a bachelor's degree in business studies or insurance or its equivalent.
You must have at least 3-4 years of working experience.
Having prior work experience in General Insurance or Group Business will be advantageous.
You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
You must demonstrate strong business acumen, being independent and result-oriented to enable further success in this role.
