Account Manager

Responsible for sales, collection and relationship targets with the Security SI/Consultant/Corporate account.
Execute responsive sales activities such as quote generation, proposal, tender clarifications, securing order, socializing, engagement and collection.
Co-ordinate with sales support/production/technical team for timely order and project delivery.
Submit timely internal reports (sales-pipeline, sales activity and yearly reports).
To promote the use of our security solution in the tender/RFQ specification.
To create specification documents such as technical specification, diagrams, BQ, schedule and budgetary costing.
To perform requirement capturing, presentation, demo, attend project meetings and tender clarification.
To visit and build relationships with consultants, architects, developers, end users and government project agencies.
To work in a team with our SI customer to secure orders.
Requirements:
Preferable 3 or more years of experience in technology-related sales and channel management or similar position.
Good knowledge of the Security System, especially in Access Control System, Alarm Monitoring System, CCTV Security System, and Building Management System will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and selling skills with industrial B2B customers.
Likes to meet people and network.
Likes technical conversation.
Proactive, self-starter and team-oriented.
Prior experience in working with a similar industry will be an advantage.
Experience in managing a specification team of at least 3 members.
