Job Description Looking for sales account manager who will be responsible for developing long-term relationship with clients and overseeing sales.
As a Sales Account manager you will be responsible to develop leads, building and maintaining relationship, managing deals, fulfill their requirements and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive client experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage portfolio of clients to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationship with clients.
Find key people in organizations to sell our solutions – Mostly IT department.
Able to present and upsell TechLab's solutions and support offerings.
Remediate conflicts with clients in a timely manner.
Understanding each clients nature of business to propose suitable solutions and offerings.
Plus Points in Experience Relevant experience in similar client-facing role Experience in a strategic partner management position Experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth Strong sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-orientated solutions and services Experience with successful partner management.
Qualifications SPM, diploma graduate or equivalent education experience.
Experience as Sales Account Manager/Sales Representative (also open to freshgrads) Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM and Google suite What We Offer: Competitive salary and commission structure.
