Krypton Fund Services is a global fund administration company seeking individuals that are flexible, professionally minded, and committed. We provide a full suite of services to the global alternative investment community through technical expertise and a high-touch service model. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be responsible for timely service delivery to clients and management of a team.
The role will include all facets of fund administration on a variety of hedge funds, and require the individual to understand and apply current accounting standards principles to the computation of the NAV of funds.

Responsibilities
Daily administration of services in accordance with the administration agreement of a client Prepare, review and sign-off of NAV calculations, and other reportings Provide a complete range of fund administration services to clients and investors in compliance with the company's service model and policies and ISAE18 compliant daily, weekly and monthly files Planning and scheduling of BAU workflows for all client deliverables within the team Monitoring of deliverables to ensure strict adherence to agreed timelines Ensure compliance with Krypton's policies, procedures and best practices, along with any client specific arrangements Managing year-end processes with respect to audit and regulatory timelines Work closely with the management team to identify and implement trainings for team members Act as point on new client onboarding Drive continuous improvement and seeking efficiencies while adhering with policies and procedures Participate in various system optimisation initiatives and ad-hoc projects Calculate complex fees structures as set out in various agreements Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other professional parties. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking or finance related field Ideally 7 years of experience in fund administration or similar role, with at least 2 years of managing/supervisory role Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail Ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework; Be enthusiastic and eager to learn, self-starter; Strong work ethic with positive attitude Possess strong verbal and written communication skill #J-18808-Ljbffr
