What Will You'll Do :
-Recruitment: Responsible for recruiting, managing, and operating voice streamers. Seek influencers or talent suited to become "streamers" or "content creators."
-Content Quality: Oversee and improve the content of recruited voice streamers, enhancing the quality and revenue of both streamers and the voice chat rooms.
-Relationship Management: Maintain positive and productive relationships with streamers through consistent, open communication.
-Online Support: Monitor and manage the quality of voice chat rooms, providing guidance, supervision, and support as needed.

-Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese preferred.
-Interest in Game Voice Streaming: Strong interest in game voice streaming; friendly personality, active thinking, and strong internet culture awareness.
-Good Aesthetic Sense, Affability, and Communication: Strong aesthetic sense, friendly personality, excellent communication skills; able to think independently and work well in a team.
-Social Media Groups: Having your own social media groups is an advantage.
-Streamer Resources: Preferred if you have existing streamer resources or can source them.
-Data Sensitivity: Ability to analyze data, diagnose issues in voice streaming sessions, propose effective solutions, and ensure their implementation.
