Account Manager (Sales)

We're looking for a commercially savvy and customer-focused Account Manager to support our operations at an exciting joint venture in the Kulim Hi-Tech Industrial Park.
What You'll DoBe the key point of contact for all customers in your territory.
Manage commercial activities, including contracts, proposals, and negotiations.
Drive business development and grow customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding customer service.
Ensure smooth execution of projects, from start to finish, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
What We're Looking ForA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or any related field.
A sales or business development professional with a strong commercial focus; an engineering background would be an added advantage.
6–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or the chemical industry.
A commercially savvy individual with strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience in financial analysis and transactional processing is a plus.
Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an added advantage!
