Perform monthly recurring journal entries, verify intercompany & intracompany upload journal entries, monitor the non-purchase order's purchase transaction posting and sundry income billing entries.
To reconcile and clear the transactions in account receivable, accrual, prepayment, statutory payment, incoming bank account, and ensure the petty cash transactions entered into system are accurate.
To ensure fixed assets addition/transfer/deletion/written-off submission in accordance with the company Fixed Assets Circular.
Collaborating with the staff in operating unit, cluster office or other departments to complete month-end and year-end account closing.
To review to-date spending against budget (CAPEX and OPEX) for additional vote submission.
To review accounting charge code in the yearly CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation.Job requirements:
Candidates must posses at least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word and Excel.
Experience in accounting for oil palm estates or palm oil mills.
Possess good communication skill and able to prioritize tasks.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
