Account Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing account payable and accounts receivable.Handle a full set of accounts, including general ledger, fixed assets, and financial reporting (added advantage).Process invoices, payments and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.Handle Day to day operation of accounting record and maintain systematic filing system.Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies.Prepare monthly payment voucher & bank reconciliation.Execute ad hoc tasks delegated by management as needed. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English. (*Mandarin will be added advantage).Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficiency in accounting software (eg. ERMS) and MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
