ob Descriptions:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the subsidiary, including accounts payable, account receivable, and general ledger entries.- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.- To assist in secretary matter including regulatory filings and compliance requirements.- Manage petty cash transactions for branches, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.- Monitor and report on petty cash expenditures to maintain financial control.- Collaborate with the manager to provide financial analysis, reports, and insights to support decision-making.- Perform any ad-hoc assigned duties.**Requirements**:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).- Proficient in accounting software.
