Account Officer - Open To Fresh Graduate

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:- _Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders._- _Gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services._- _Make sure that what was purchased arrives on schedule and meets the purchaser's specifications._- _Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations._- _Monitor inventory, perform buying duties when necessary, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries._- _Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to assist in determine the best bid, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, and calculate relevant costs._**REQUIREMENTS**:- _**Obliged to handle liquor stocks**_- _At least have experience in purchasing or any related._- _Immediate hiring_**BENEFITS**:- _5 days of working_- _On-duty meal provided_- _Uniform and laundry provided_- _Medical coverage_- _Annual leave and Public Holidays_**Will be working at 5-star Hotel, Teluk Chempedak, Kuantan**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal provided- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you able to handle liquor/alcohol stocks?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
