Put simply, we don't just help our clients to grow - we help them to grow unforgettable.**About your new role!**This role of Account Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payment, plus processing verifying and reconciling invoices.**Key Responsibilities**:- Checking and analysis all expenses transactions, post general journals, and maintain trade payable ledgers, in accordance with applicable accounting standards- Record all the invoices, debit note and credit note from vendors into system- Prepare weekly payment listing and consolidate all payment for cashflow reporting- Checking and approve all staff claim is approved by HOD and has sufficient supporting documents- Process payment lodgement related to all expenses- Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely manner- Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Account Payable are met, these include timely processing and payment of invoices- Communication and processing of required documents to submit with banks- Assist the management team and finance team in the interpretation and analysis of cashflow reporting- Communicating well within the team and making sure internal deadlines and reporting / planning expectations are met.- Support management by identifying improvement in simplifying workflow orprocess improvement- Perform other tasks/ participate in special projects that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and required by the business.**Desired Skills & Experience**:- Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications: ACCA or CPA.- 2 -4 years' of audit/financial accounting/tax experience in commercial General Ledger functions.- Proficiency in Excel skills.
