Account Payable Assistant

Job ResponsibilityHandling accountsPrepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)Monitoring utility and office maintenanceTake dictation and minutes and accurately enter dataResponsible in office administrationProduce reports, organise and maintain all documents in a proper mannerResponsible to collect, sorting and distribute letter, postings (stamps and deliveries)Maintain and purchase of office supply, stationery and etcDevelop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing systemOrganizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlinesJob RequirementsA solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping.At least 2 year of accounting experience.Proficiency in English, able to speak Mandarin is additional pointComputer skills â using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.Able to work independently as well as working on a teamExcellent knowledge of MS Office, SQL will be additional pointFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Job BenifitsEPF, SOCSO, EISTraining ProvidedGood working EnvironmentColleagues friendlyMedical BenefitAnnual Leave
