Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Performs transaction processing related to account payable payments. Handle Payment Voucher and Filing Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation. Reconcile local and oversea creditors account balance. Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note, if any. Handle Petty Cash, Journal Voucher Prepare attendance report. Handle staff travel claim. Travel to bank if necessary Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker, and regulatory authorities. Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required by the management or immediate superior. REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications. Required skill(s): Computer literate (Accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word) Familiar with Acumatica accounting system will be advantageous. With working experience in the accounting field is preferable. Can co-ordinate with the team and lead effectively. Good in reporting & communications. Preferably conversant in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Able to multi-task and work independently.
