Account Payable Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Payable Executive to join our team in  Kota Kinabalu, Sabah office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable processes.
What you'll be doing Reconciling and processing supplier invoices in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable recordsCommunicating with vendors to resolve invoice discrepanciesAssisting with the preparation of accounts payable reports and analysisEnsuring all payments are made within agreed termsCollaborating with the finance team to improve accounts payable processesProviding support for other finance and accounting tasks as neededWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance roleExcellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detailProficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA keen eye for accuracy and a proactive problem-solving approachPreferably Chinese speakingWhat we offer
