Account Payable With Cantonese Proficiency

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform Daily Invoice Processing Activities, Reconciliation, and verification via phone with internal and external parties for Master data.
Work closely with counterparts within the organization and clients to ensure completion of daily activities.
Perform Month End activities within stipulated deadlines.
Identify and implement improvement plans in processes.
Maintain SOP and participate in new implementation processes.
Be flexible for shifts and weekend working based on process requirements.
Requirements1 - 2 Years of Accounts Payable work experience.
In-depth knowledge in Cantonese land tax invoice processing.
Good understanding of Accounts Payable Process.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge in MS Office applications, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level), PowerPoint, and web-based portals.
Focused with the ability to deliver on goals/targets.
Ability to work individually and within a team.
Understand client needs in accordance with SLA.
Quick learner and self-motivated.
Language RequirementCantonese
Operational ResponsibilitiesAnalytical and thorough process knowledge.
Establish processes, procedures, and controls that are practiced.
Prepare detailed process documentation.
